We will gladly accept returns for refund on all sales which are still in a saleable condition. 



We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased. To assist you, we have set out below the Swiss GriP Returns Policy highlighting key points that you should know.

Australian Consumer Law: Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period for which a remedy may be available can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Swiss GriP adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

We ask that when making a purchase you please choose carefully as Swiss GriP does not accept return of products (or exchange) where you have simply changed your mind, or where the purchase was a gift that was unwanted. Swiss GriP also does not accept any returns (or exchanges) on any coatings that have been tinted.

Products purchased online can only be returned (or exchanged) if they are faulty, and the fault did not arise through any misuse, abnormal use or negligent use of the product.


Please contact Swiss GriP so our team can determine that your goods are damaged or faulty and was through no fault of your own or through wear and tear, You will be entitled to:

  • A money back refund onto the credit card used to purchase the item

The refund can only be done during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). The money will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used to pay for the items. Before the refund is issued, the customer needs to return the faulty or damaged item back to Swiss GriP.
