Our durable, water-based non-slip coating is unique in being CSIRO-certified while also sealing and protecting the surface it is applied onto. Therefore, it is the leading solution to create a slip-resistant pool area.
Our customer in Perth was worried about the safety and wellbeing of her children after several slips had happened. She tried an anti-slip treatment first but this solution did not improve traction in wet conditions. Therefore, she tested Swiss GriP Non-Slip which eliminated the risk of slips and falls. We are the only installer of non-slip coatings in Australia to guarantee a P5 slip-rating for all barefoot areas.
Besides the pool area, all pavers around the house were made slip-resistant. Due to the antimicrobial and water repellent properties of the Swiss GriP coating, it is ideal to seal tiles and protect them against the elements. Due to our excellent adhesion and durability of Swiss GriP, it is possible to clean the surface with a pressure washer without damaging the coating.
In total, our Perth-based application team made 165m2 of pavers slip-free. Before applying the Swiss GriP Non-Slip Coating, our team did an extensive deep clean of the surface. Secondly, the Swiss GriP Sopro Primer/Sealer was applied and finally the Swiss GriP Non-Slip PRO coating was applied using an Graco HVLP ProContractor Sprayer.
