VMCH (Villa Maria Catholic Homes) is a catholic not for profit organisation, providing care services to over 9,000 people across Victoria. It is one of Melbourne’s leading provider of high-quality disability, specialist education, aged care and retirement living services. Swiss GriP has created slip-resistant bathrooms to protect residents at the Specialist Disability Accommodation in Glen Waverly.
VMCH has several Specialist Disability Accommodations which provide great options for people with disability. It allows them to live with other people and make a new home for themselves, with support provided by VMCH.
To assure residents are protects against slips and falls, Swiss GriP Non-Slip was selected by VMCH to make all bathrooms slip-resistant at the Glen Waverly Accommodation. Our durable and CSIRO-certified coating was applied to six bathrooms, totalling about 65m2.
Swiss GriP was selected by VMCH due to our CSIRO certificates and our industry leading warranty (No Cure, No Pay). Moreover, out transparent coating does not damage ceramic tiles like anti-slip treatments do. Instead, Swiss GriP creates a slip-resistant and antimicrobial finish on top of the tiles, creating a safe and hygienic surface.
