664 Collins Street is a 9-level office building right next to Southern Cross Station. The property is managed by Mirvac and experienced several slips in the showers and bathrooms. Swiss GriP Non-Slip Transparent P3 has prevented this safety hazard by creating non-slip showers.
The 6-star Green Star property was completed in 2018. Although slip-resistant tiles were installed, several slipping incidents occurred in wet conditions. A slip-test by ATTAR slip-testing confirmed the surface did not meet the Australian Standard for Slip-Resistance.
