The Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club is just 35 minutes from central Melbourne and comprises of two championship courses. It provides exceptional design with a open-plan clubhouse, restaurant quality dining, 25-metre heated pool, gymnasium, eight in-clubhouse accommodation rooms and 10 on course accommodation rooms.
After a successful trial installation, Swiss GriP Non-Slip was approved to make additional areas at the Peninsula Kingwood Golf Club slip-resistant. In total, Swiss GriP was applied to 140m2 timber walkways. The timber walkways can be found throughout the North-Course. Being a natural product, the timber fits extremely well in the beautiful course and landscaping. However, timber often gets slippery in wet conditions, causing slipping hazards.
Swiss GriP Non-Slip is the leading solution to make timber slip-resistant. Not only is it completely transparent and UV-resistant, it upgrades the surface to a P4 slip-rating (AS 4586). Apart from proving excellent slip-resistance, Swiss GriP also protects the timber against the elements and enhances the timber’s natural beauty.
