Several slips and falls happened in this residential property on the wooden stairs. To eliminate this , Swiss GriP Non-Slip PRO Transparent was applied to create non-slip timber stairs.
Because Swiss GriP is a water-based, dual component polyurethane coating it is perfectly suited to be applied to timber. The CSIRO-certified coating works by creating a transparent, slip-resistant finish on top of the timber. Moreover, it enhances the natural beauty of timber and protects it due to the UV-resistant technology.
The Swiss GriP coating was applied as a 12cm strip on the edge of the stair treads. Besides the stairs, our technician also applied our Swiss-made coating to the tiled shower and the steel bathtub.
