Swiss GriP is used by many strata corps throughout Australia to eliminate slips and falls and meet the Australian Standards for slip-resistance. Our non-slip coating was applied to various areas at this apartment complex in Brighton.
The strata corp of this property in Brighton was looking for a durable solution to create slip-resistant tiles. Due to poor results of an anti-slip treatment previously used, the strata corp only wanted to use a solution independently certified in the Australian Standard for slip-resistance. Due to our CSIRO certificates and our No-Cure, No-Pay Guarantee, Swiss GriP was selected to upgrade the tiles.
Swiss GriP was applied to create a non-slip ramp, entry area and various stair treads. In total, about 80m2 of ceramic tiles were sealed with the Swiss GriP Coating. The tiles are now certified with a P4-slip rating in accordance to AS 4663.
